My Philosophy
I believe that every participant "contains multitudes." My goal is to listen to your true intent and provide the grounded, peer-like support you need to navigate life's transitions - whether that's moving into a bus, managing a new diagnosis, or simply finding your place in the community.
I am here to help you turn the 'head spinning' into a clear plan of action.
With years of experience in complex psychosocial support and a passion for alternative living, I help NDIS participants navigate life's transitions with practical, trauma-informed guidance.

How I Support You
Capacity Building & Projects
Our project-based mentorship focuses on developing essential executive functioning and life skills. By engaging in tangible tasks, from home maintenance to hobby development, we help participants build focus, sequencing skills, and the confidence to manage daily life independently.
Social Navigation & Safety
We provide specialized advocacy and social coaching designed to help you navigate life's social complexities. We focus on building discernment, assertive communication, and protective boundaries, with dedicated expertise in supporting the Intersex and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Alternative Living Support
Transitioning to or maintaining a mobile lifestyle (bus, van, or caravan park) requires high-level resource management. We provide the practical and executive support needed to ensure your living environment remains sustainable, safe, and regulated.
My Approach
Capacity Building Through Action
I believe that independence is best learned by "doing." We use real-world projects - from home improvements to hobby development - to build executive functioning, problem-solving skills, and self-confidence.
Trauma-Informed Safeguarding
Safety is the foundation of growth. I provide a high level of social discernment and advocacy, specifically tailored for the Intersex and LGBTQIA+ communities, ensuring every participant feels seen, respected, and protected.
Neurological Regulation
Stability starts with a regulated nervous system. My approach includes proactive monitoring of neurological symptoms (such as FND) and structured evening check-ins to de-escalate anxiety and prevent burnout.
Flexibility
-
In-Person Mentorship: Hands-on, project-based sessions within the Canberra region for deep capacity building and environmental mastery.

-
Distance Mentorship (Remote): Structured phone or video check-ins designed for real-time regulation, social processing, and executive function coaching. This allows for consistent support continuity, even when you or your mentor are on the road.
Client Feedback
A Lifeline in Times of Crisis
"Knowing I have someone who truly understands my neurological triggers has changed everything. Even during my most difficult physical episodes, a brief check-in provides the grounding I need to regulate. My daily life feels significantly more manageable now."

Clarity and Calm for the Evening
(Remote Support)
"The evening check-ins are exactly what I needed. We discuss the day's events and the 'spinning' in my head just settles down. Everything feels like it sits where it should now, and I can actually rest... It’s the perfect way to reset from anywhere."

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Canberra Friendly NDIS registered?
I am currently a non-registered provider. This means I can support participants who are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed. For those with NDIA-managed plans, please check with your Support Coordinator to see how we can work together.
Can we do sessions over the phone?
Absolutely. I offer 'Remote Mentorship' for regulation, social processing, and continuity of care. This allows for consistent support even when you or your mentor are traveling.
What happens if I need to cancel?
I require a 48-hour notice period for cancellations. Late cancellations may be billed at 100% of the scheduled fee to ensure business sustainability.
Do you provide clinical therapy?
No. While my approach is trauma-informed, my role is a psychosocial mentor focused on capacity building, executive function, and independence. It is not a substitute for clinical medical or psychiatric treatment.
Can you help me with a specific project, like home organization or a DIY task?
Yes! I believe independence is best learned by 'doing.' We use real-world projects to build problem-solving skills and self-confidence.
Does your travel impact my support?
Not at all. My 'Remote Mentorship' model is designed for flexibility. Whether I am in Canberra or on a road trip, our scheduled phone and video sessions provide a grounded bridge to your goals, ensuring you never have a gap in support.
